2019 Blackhills FC Annual Auction & Fundraiser

The 2019 Blackhills FC Annual Auction and Fundraiser is Saturday, September 7 at the Children’s Hands On Museum in Olympia. Come join us for a night of fun!

This year, the Blackhills FC Annual Auction and Fundraiser will be a fun casual night out at the museum. We invite you to take your family and friends – it’s a family event. And kids of all ages are welcome! We will host a silent auction, live auction, Panowicz jewelry raffle, raise the paddle, and a casual meal/drinks.

Blackhills FC (BFC) was established in 1998 and provides playing opportunities to over 600 youth soccer players aged 4-18 year of age. BFC provides a range of competition and professional instruction to suit each individual player’s training needs. Our soccer players represent a diverse segment of our state's population. With the money raised at our annual fundraiser, BFC awards need based scholarships to players based on financial need to assist families of players who would not otherwise be able to play soccer. The amount the club has available to award each year depends on a financial aid budget that is determined by fundraising. Last year, the club was able to award close to $30,000 in scholarships and help fund special projects. 

Tickets will be available to purchase soon. As soon as they’re ready to purchase, we’ll post a link to purchase them on the site. Please reserve your tickets early. We want to make sure that we have enough food and beverages for everyone to enjoy!

Cost: $35/per adult, $18/per child (18 yrs and younger) 

Raffle tickets will be available during the evening.

Attire: Casual (Yes, even jeans) - wear a jersey from your favorite soccer team
